Build Your Future in Hotel Restaurant Culinary Arts

The Cypress College Hotel, Restaurant & Culinary Arts Program at the Anaheim campus features the perfect venue for students to engage in a hands-on learning environment to prepare themselves to become leaders in the hospitality and culinary industries. Passion transforms into reality when our dedicated instructors share their knowledge and love of the hospitality industry to prepare our students for a challenging career and exciting lifestyle.

Students have an opportunity to earn associate degrees and certificates in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, hospitality management, and food and beverage management in preparation for jobs, career advancement, and university transfer. They also can participate in running the Cypress Bistro, a student-operated restaurant that serves a wide variety of dishes weekly to the public. Visit the Cypress Bistro Instagram page to see what students have created in the past.
