Build Your Future as a Mazda MAST Tech

The Mazda Automotive Student Training (MAST) program prepares students for Mazda-supported technician career paths. Cypress College is the first California partner and the second on the West Coast. Along with the extensive facilities of the Automotive Technology labs and classrooms, the partnership is set to create several cohorts of future highly qualified Mazda techs.

Mazda-sponsored technician training creates Mazda certified and senior techs. Hands-on experience with Mazda vehicles and special tools give students a deep understanding of systems and resources (MGSS and LMS) and preparation to be retail-ready through dealership work experience and internships.

Benefits include:

  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Dealer sign-on bonus for Senior Certification
  • Tool discounts
  • Senior/Master Technician Mentorship
  • Up to $250 per month vehicle lease/purchase compensation
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus for Senior Certification
