CCAP 2+2 Cypress College Accounting Pathway Program
Complete your AS-T in Business Administration + Complete your BA in Business Administration, Concentration in Accounting
The Accounting Pathway Program is designed to support Cypress College students in achieving their academic, university transfer, and career goals in accounting and related business fields. Through structured coursework, mentorship, and university partnerships, students can gain the knowledge, skills, and professional exposure to succeed in today’s competitive workforce.

Application Checklist
- Meet with a Business & CIS Counselor to sequence courses and complete Student Education Plan
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative transferable GPA
- Complete or take Introduction to Business with an A or B grade
- Complete by at least the upcoming year an AS-T in Business Administration
- Enroll in the cohort section of ACCT courses each semester

Participation Requirements
- Enroll in the cohort with fall ACCT 101C and spring ACCT 102C course sections
- Earn an A or B grade in Accounting courses
- Attend CCAP2+2 Program Activities (minimum 4 per semester in person)
- Maintain a cumulative minimum 3.0 transferable GPA each semester
- Apply for graduation and university transfer to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration or minor in Accounting
Application Checklist

- What is your Overall Fall semester CSU Transferable GPA?
- What Business & CIS Division Courses have you taken and what was your grade earned in each course (for example, BUS 161C – B)?
- What Business & CIS Division Courses are you currently taking and what is your grade to date (for example, CIS 111C – A)?
- What is your highest level of Math completed and which Math course, if any, are you currently completing?
- Please provide all of your College Transcripts.
- Do you have a completed Education Plan discussed with a Business & CIS Counselor, including planned completion of 30 units of specified required courses prior to your 2nd year AND a minimum of 60 units of specified required courses to achieve the Associate in Science in Business Administration Degree (AS-T) by the end of the 2nd year?
- Please write 2-4 sentences on why you are interested in the CCAP Program.
