The Management Program is focused on preparing you to be a manager and entrepreneur. We offer classes in business, management, human relations, supervision, personal finance, small business management, law, writing, and math.

The Management Program offers certificate programs in business management, small business operations, and retail management, and associate in science degrees in business management and retail management.
Depending on the program and the number of units taken, completing a certificate program can take as little as one semester and completing the associate of science degree program can take about two years. Students may attend part-time or full-time.
The program cost is $46 per unit for California residents, not including books, fees, and supplies. Units vary by course, but the average is three units per course. Unit fees for the 12-unit certificate would be $552; the 28-unit certificate would be $1,288, the 31-unit certificate would be $1,426; and the 60-unit associate degree would be $2,760. Most students also qualify for some form of financial aid.
With a certificate or associate degree in business or retail management, some potential jobs are:
Sales Representative, $55,280 - $115,250
Sales Manager, $82,490 - $170,790
Retail Manager, $34,000 - $75,000
Account Manager, $37,000 - $88,000
Operations Manager, $65,590 - $156,580
Students work in all areas of business, retail, and management. Many transfer to four-year universities to pursue bachelor's degrees.

There are no additional requirements to enroll in this program; however, some courses may have prerequisites that can be viewed in the Cypress College Catalog and the Schedule of Classes.
