Michael Faraci DNP, RN

Michael Faraci is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Registered Nurse (RN), and clinical educator with a strong commitment to advancing patient care, clinical education, and healthcare innovation. He has been a nurse since 1999 and has worked at Cypress College since 2007. His work emphasizes pediatric nursing and adult critical care, blending clinical expertise with a passion for teaching and mentorship. Michael enjoys teaching through interactive methods including simulation and has published research in the areas of simulation and nurse’s self-efficacy. Known for his calm leadership, he is passionate about empowering the next generation of nurses through thoughtful instruction, compassionate guidance, and a strong emphasis on critical thinking and lifelong learning.
